Into the sky.
I almost forgot I made this. A thirty frame high dynamic range panorama shot on the southside of town.
Sweet view of the city from muh block. I’ve been trying to get on top of this building for years but the fire escape is all busted up making it very impossible. Thank you building repair crew for leaving your scaffolding attached over the weekend.

Chicago is a great city for panoramas, I think it’s because the city is in a state of constant flux. As old buildings are cleared for high rise condos and mega-stores, the landscape seems to be ever evolving. I love how there always seems to be something new.

So, I wonder at what point does a view like this become mundane? How long till the minor details cease to be engaging? Personally i wouldn’t dwell on these questions very long, ( I don’t care to ever know the answer for it would spoil the fascination for me) it was just what I was thinking as i hit the shutter.
